The Job:

HOYTS are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Ben & Jerry’s Crew Members to join our team and help share our love for ice cream. We need dedicated and hardworking employees to be the face of HOYTS and the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll help us bring the brand and concepts to life. On any given day, you could be:

• Greeting and engaging guests
• Scooping ice-cream
• Communicating Ben & Jerry’s brand values
• Maintaining cleanliness and store presentation
  
  

Who we are looking for:

You are an enthusiastic team player with a passion for cinema. You’ll have a fun and vibrant approach to everything that you do. You’ll also be reliable and incredibly professional, and service focused. With the chance to work in a positive and exciting team environment, your confidence and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences will shine through. What you’ll need:

• An outgoing personality and positive attitude
• A love for people and exceeding guest expectations
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Availability:

Our Crew are hired on a permanent part-time basis, giving you the chance to really own your role and make long lasting friends. We offer our team a flexible roster but when the going gets tough, the Crew get going, and this is usually during our peak periods! You’ll be expected to contribute to weekends, public holidays and evening shifts on a regular basis. As part of your application you will be required to indicate your availability.  Please note that candidates will need to have working rights in Australia to be considered.
