The Job:

HOYTS are looking for a natural leader to be our LUX Venue Manager and leave a lasting impression on our guests. Joining our Cinema Operations Team, you will drive customer satisfaction and experience, whilst maintaining our high standards. As the Manager, you will successfully lead a team and incite passion in our employees to go above and beyond. You will constantly look for a better way to do things and while no two days are the same, your duties will include:

• Leading by example and providing excellent customer service
• Rostering staff and managing performance
• Managing daily operations to ensure profitability and achievement of KPIs
• Overseeing events held in the LUX Lounge
• Adherence to HR, WHS and Risk Management policies and laws
• Orders, stocktake, and conflict resolution

About You:

We are looking for an experienced manager who is passionate about our industry. This role is very fast paced and needs a professional who can work under pressure. You will be team focused and have a genuine passion for delivering great guest experiences. We are looking for:

• Management experience in the hospitality industry preferable
• Availability to work during our peak periods including weekends and public holidays
• Excellent communication skills with guests, employees and stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
• RSA and understanding of food safety
• A highly motivated individual with the ability to work unsupervised
