The Job:

We’re on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance and Commercial Team in Sydney. This role is key in ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments, while keeping strong relationships across the business and with our vendors.

A snapshot of what you’ll be doing:

• Processing and coding high volumes of supplier invoices.
• Preparing and running payments on time.
• Reconciling supplier accounts and investigating discrepancies.
• Monitoring approvals to ensure compliance and prevent errors.
• Supporting the finance team and wider business with ad-hoc requests.
• Responding to supplier and stakeholder queries

Who we are looking for:

You’ll be detail-oriented, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced finance environment. To be successful, you’ll bring:

• experience in an accounts payable role (high-volume processing ideal).
• High attention to detail and the ability effectively prioritise and multitask
• Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong data entry skills with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Basware, SunSystems or similar systems (a bonus, not essential).
