Join Our Team – Talent Acquisition Executive

Are you passionate about people, storytelling, and finding the right fit? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive, to join us on an 8-month parental leave contract, to drive end-to-end recruitment and help shape our employer brand.

You’ll play a key role in sourcing the best talent, improving recruitment processes, and creating standout candidate experiences across our dynamic business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with hiring managers to lead full-cycle recruitment – from workforce planning and job advertising through to selection and onboarding.
• Crafting compelling, inclusive job ads and sourcing strategies to attract great talent.
• Building and nurturing talent pipelines using traditional, digital, and creative methods.
• Leading improvements in candidate experience and recruitment efficiency, including automation and system enhancements.
• Enhancing our employer brand by managing job board and social media presence, developing recruitment collateral, and promoting employee referrals.
• Delivering a seamless onboarding experience in collaboration with our People & Culture team and hiring managers.
• Championing the ATS and recruitment module in our new HRIS – ensuring data accuracy, manager training, and ongoing optimisation.
• Producing recruitment insights and reports to inform smarter hiring decisions.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or internal recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-role environment.
• Strong relationship management skills and the confidence to advise hiring managers at all levels.
• Creativity and passion for employer branding, social media, and digital engagement.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail – especially when it comes to process, systems, and candidate data.
• Experience using an ATS or HRIS, with an interest in continuous improvement and change management.
