The Job:

HOYTS is excited to announce an opportunity for a Marketing Communications Planning Coordinator to join our dynamic team! Based in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, this pivotal role will be responsible for creating and executing weekly marketing schedules and plans for campaigns and assets across HOYTS cinemas in Australia and New Zealand.

As part of the Marketing Communications team, you will focus on:

• Developing and managing weekly marketing schedules, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
• Coordinating the scheduling of promotional assets and content across HOYTS’ owned channels.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Communications Manager and Executive to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive admissions, market share growth, and revenue.
• Monitoring and reporting on content performance to optimise marketing strategies.
• Support copywriting needs for the HOYTS websites and digital platforms as required.
