The Job:

Our amazing Duty Manager will help to lead our Funderbird crew in creating frictionless and fun experiences for everyone. Based at our jaw-dropping new venue in Maribyrnong, this role will ensure every guest has a smile on their face. While no two days are the same, your day to day will include:

• Being a brand ambassador that encourages everyone to get everyone involved.
• Sharing your big brain and knowledge with the mighty Funderbird team.
• Host legendary events for all occasions including dressing up which will be the norm.
• Making your work somewhere you are proud to bring your family and friends.
• Serving cocktails and our yummy menu to all guests great and small

Who we are looking for:

• Being a Duty Manager is more than just job, it’s a state of mind. You will be a fun ambassador with a larger-than-life personality and comfortable injecting your own personality. The Duty Manager would suit an eager individual with experience in hospitality or retail. We need a problem solver that is passionate about making someone’s experience memorable.  

We’re looking for lively and reliable individuals who have:

• Previous customer service experience
• A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate  
• Ongoing availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings when all the fun happens.
•  A passion for making someone’s experience memorable
• Previous leadership experience is preferable but not essential
