The Job:
HOYTS Melbourne Central are looking for a Functions & Events Manager! This is a site-based role where you will take ownership of on-the-day execution — working closely with our Sales team to translate confirmed event briefs into clear operational plans. You will coordinate teams, resources and setup on the ground, ensuring every event runs smoothly from bump-in to pack-down and reflects the standard we expect at HOYTS.
Melbourne Central is one of our busiest CBD locations, and this role sits right in the middle of the action!

Availability:
As a live entertainment venue, HOYTS operates seven days a week. This role requires flexibility to align with event schedules and peak trading times, including evenings and weekends.
